Problem with duplicates and database of the new version

Some days ago the lights went off in my house and my laptop was shut off instantly, after that my PT4 is bugged and my hand histories are loading a lot of duplicates before gathering the hands i play(wa splaying poker with PT4 in that time),
also i was upgrading PT4 to the newer version when i tried to shut it off to play some other game with my friends, then it wouldn't turn off, i ctrl alt deleted when the update was happening.

now i can't see my hand history and i have this duplicate problem.

what should i do?
delete all the PT4 HH? reinstall the database?

Restart PT4 and run Database --> Database Management --> Rebuild Cache (expect this to take some time). When that completes, run through Tools -> Setup Assistant -> Setup Sites and that should import and move any hand histories that need it. Note that depending on how large your database is that this could take considerable time but things should work properly once it's done.

hey, i've done that, the problem with duplicates is done, but i still don't have the database, it won't load graphs...
what should i do?
have i lost it all?

HUD is working fine, probably getting hands, but i still can't see my graphs

Check that you don't have a filter enabled - if you see any filters in blue in the sidebar change them and then change them back to "all".
Also check that the 'show marked hands only' filter isn't enabled above the hand report and that the dropdown there shows 'no tags selected'.
