Please search., there have been loads of topics about this.
It is about to expire, it hasn't expired yet. Initial commercial release will be out before it *does* expire.

uhuh "2008/05/15 23:13:43: Everest: Unable to import hand (#3242275208). Reason: This version of PokerTracker has expired.", sounds like it expired for some people.
