But it returns also the hands where we both go all-in OTF, right?
There's no way to purge just one hand at this point you'd need to purge the entire session via Database -> Purge Hands. But if you edit one hand and reimport that file it should be sufficient.

It's the way I used yesterday to see mucked hands: purge and reimport. If I only reimport the modified file, there is no change.

For us to fix the problem though you can just create a single hand long file and we'll be working on it in a database consisting of just that hand. Then once we fix the problem you'll just be able to re-run import on the file in question and the showdown data will be picked up.

I have various text files to send. Can I link the support ticket here?

Yes, if you want to include hands where you took some river action, add A&O -> River -> Action Sequence -> Any Action. That will guarantee you did something on the river.

Right, I'm saying that shouldn't be necessary and we want to fix it so that it isn't. That's what the ticket is for :)

If you want, but once you've created it we'll be mostly working with you through the ticket as it's much more private and we can link it to our internal bug tracking system to get you automated notification of a fix.

How can I filter hands where oppo check/call and lose or check and lose?

You can filter for the actions in the Actions and Opportunities section, and filter for losing in the Hand Details > Win/Loss section.

Ok, I get this point. What I can't do is filter for river action where Hero bet and Oppo call. How can I proceed?

You could filter for times you bet and didn't face a raise. If you bet and nobody raised and you got to showdown they must have called.

Is there a quick way to add a note to the hand during the game?
For example, if I want to add Oppo mucked hole cards as a text to the specific hand and mark the hand as "MuckedHands", how can I proceed?

You can create a tag for that - create the tag via Configure -> Tags and then you can tag any hand with it via the flag icon while you're playing. Then later you can filter to hands with that tag and double click the hand to get the hand details and whatnot.

But in this way I have to write down hand id and oppo mucked hand, then modify the hhs in post-session.
What I'd like to do is tag the hand as "mucked hand" and at the same time insert a note on the hand, something like "mucks XX". Then, in post-session, I have only to analyze the tagged hands and modify that hand histories.
I don't know if I explained myself well enough :(

There isn't a way to directly take a hand note from the HUD but if you have a Hand report up in PT4 that shows hands with that tag you can tag it in the HUD and quickly double click the hand and add a note to it from the replayer with the data he mucked.
