HUD with problems on ZOOM

I'm not seeing any problems at the moment. What type of tables are you playing?

If the problem persists please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Play a few hands at a single table until you see the problem (or as few tables as needed to reproduce) and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file(s) for the session and a screenshot showing the problem if possible.

I play 6-MAX ZOOM tables. Since yesterday, my hud dispeared and others' were in wrong order. I have tried ring table, it is normal. Problem only in 6-MAX ZOOM tables.

Thanks - I'm seeing problems now too and I have passed this on to the development team.

Pokerstars had an update and again hud for ZOOM is not working properly. The same problem as one week ago and 2 weeks ago. Displaying stats for wrong players or not displaying them at all...
Every week the same problem? Why is that happening? 4.05 version seemed much more stable.
So I guess I should wait for 4.06.03 update?

That's interesting. I just tried full ring zoom and my hud still scrambles the players sometimes.

As WhiteRider said, we have now confirmed this on our end and we are going to work to get it fixed. If anybody would like automatic notification when a fix is available, please create a support ticket and we'll make sure you're notified.
