Tournaments already in your database will not be automatically updated. Forcing auto detect in the Edit Tournament Results window should update the calculations, but you may need to re-import.

I have to purge previous hands, right?

If you're going to reimport you do need to purge first, but just running autodetect on the affected tournaments is easier and faster so I'd try that first.

Given your ticket history I suspect that your problems are related to Zoom tables? If so, those problems were caused by changes to the PokerStars tables and have been resolved in PT4 within 2-3 days each time the PokerStars software was updated.

If you have other problems please open a Support Ticket so that we can work with you to resolve them.

HHHAAAAHHHAAAAA, Yeah right, great customer support, I have now download and installed, then uninstalled this crap 11 times , wasting over 8 hours online, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, I think you get the point, and it still doesnt work, and hell freezes over before any donkey from Poker Tracker gets back to you.

pt4pt4pt4 wrote:kraada and Whiterider were around the clock support, knowing that you would always get an answer within a 8 hour stretch during the past 5 months. Not to mention custom stat help. PT4 is very fortunate to have these two.

Devs jumping in , even answering questions that might not have wanted too, added to the outstanding support.

The product itself was practically a stable release from the get go.

I still have not had the time to go through all the features, but there is still a lot of potential to improve parts of anyone's game and ROI.

The Beta testers have come up with a lot of recommendations that will prevent PT4 from going stale, for a long time.

GJ !
HHHHAAAHHHAAAHHHAAAA , Yeah right, 8 hour response, stop bullshitting people, and having fake people write glowing reports of you that are bullshit.

HHHAAAHHHHHAAAAAA , excellent customer support, your joking arent you, what a bunch of losers, take my money, no communication, yeah right, real good support.

kraada wrote:Thanks guys!

Posts like yours make my day

how about addressing my post, GIVE MY MONEY BACK LOSER. I am no longer going to waste another minute uninstalling this shit, then reinstalling, no customer support, we are not all fucking computer geniuses you idiots. So i will just spend the next hour posting , until someone takes fucking ownership of this and resolves it.

PLEASE OPEN A 'SUPPORT TICKET' SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS, are you fucking joking, a support ticket is only as good as the donkey providing support.

No response to support tickets, RESOLVES SHIT IDIOTS.

STO PTAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY, AND WHEN THE PRODUCT DOESNT WORK, DONT FUCKING RUN FROM THE CUSTOMER, RESOLVE IT, OR GIVE ME MY FUCKING MONEY BACK

Let me explain how respect works , when a customer buys a product from "YOU" , and you have received their money, and the customer cannot get it working, and you dont respond day after day, I will then show you know fucking respect. if you dont like me posting constantly , address my issue, and wait for it " RESOLVE IT "

No email support, No contact phone number, you are fucking amateurs

WhiteRider wrote:Awwww shucks! Thanks for your comments everyone - it's so nice to get such positive feedback. :D
We appreciate all of your input into the progress of PT4 - keep it coming, we're not stopping now...

Must be great getting feedback, I cant even get the fucking thing working, because you donkeys fail to provide customer support, would be fucking different if you didnt get your money until the customer actually got the product working wouldnt it. but hey, gotta scam some customers dont you assholes

Jonny007,

As mentioned in your support ticket, I have refunded your purchase of $99.99 USD back to you via the payment method used and your PT4 registration code has been disabled.

Our support team does not deserve to have to deal with profanity laced verbal assaults, nor do we permit spamming of our forums therefore your forum posting privileges have been permanently revoked.

Best regards,

Derek

You guys can't be using it for Omaha - total garbage IMO !

Sure it keeps a record of your hands, has an over-complex unintuitive HUD and useless filtering.

It has more bells and whistles than PT2 - but at least in PT2, you could easily filter your hands and look for leaks - which after all - is kind of the point of it !
