You can find the log in: Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/Pokertracker 4.log
If the library is not visible you can open the terminal and type: chflags nohidden ~/Library

Please do not do this. Instead open finder press CMD-SHIFT-G and then type ~/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4 and click Go.

I'm not sure what you're asking . . . perhaps if you posted it in your native language that would be easier?

Key point in logs is this i believe:
2013/03/13 13:42:01.407 [00025]: [- Main -][System] PokerTracker cannot initialize the license manager due to a permissions error
somehow os x doesn't grant permission for pt4 to run license checker

Go into Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility and click on your disk and click Repair Permissions and try again and let me know if that works for you.

1. HUD hangs and freezes.
2. When I finish PT4, the HUD remains on the table
