"This version has expired"

Postby rusty_knifenz » Thu May 15, 2008 9:38 am

Hey guys, I keep getting the version expired message before a new beta version has become available in the downloads section. Perhaps since I'm in New Zealand and therefore technically a day ahead of the US? Has happened a couple times before. Or does everyone else get this as well?

This is a warning that your version will expire once the commercial release comes out. When it does, your software will no longer work and you will have to download the new software.

I have the same message and can't see the commercial release out anywhere. So how can I use Pokertracker 3 until it comes out?

The commercial release is still forthcoming. Once you download and install the commercial release there will be a registration window.

If you click 'ok' in the warning window, you will be able to continue to use PT3. The commercial release will be live soon, please be patient.

It should only be telling you it's *about to* expire, and should still work.
The initial commercial release will be out before it *does* expire.
(If it doesn't work, it may be the NZ/timezone thing, I don't know..)

Those of you who have passed midnight on the 15th, I apologize! We are very close to release, so you won't have to wait much longer.
