Notes doesn't work after installing 4.07

Hello,
I can't edit notes manually (while playing as well as in replayer) after I installed new update 4.07. When I click on note editor it doesn't open. I noticed that note tracker is also not working. Any idea?

I'm not seeing that behavior on my end. Are you on a PC or a Mac?

After installing update 4.07.1 notes are working again ;)
