exporting HUSNGs

So, I want to export the hand histories of all HUSNGs I've played versus a particular player.

The export window titled "Sessions" can filter for particular opponents, but this doesn't seeom to be possible for tournament hands. Is there really no way to do this except to find each of the (hundreds of) tournament ID #s in the normal tournaments window and then find each of the tourney IDs individually in the database export window?

There isn't a better way to do this in PT3 I'm afraid. PT4 has other options which are more effective here though.

Is there some SQL or something to solve this problem? The manual approach isn't really unacceptable, and this seems like a super-common use case.

edit -- actually i guess i'll just go the pt4 route. thx for the quick reply.
