Problems with PT4

I'm so angry at the moment. Two days ago I bought PT4 for Mac. I didn't download the trial first because I had really good experiences with PT3, so I thought PT4 can't be bad.
I also know that it is brand new and maybe needs some improvements but it doesn't work at all for me.
When I import hands while playing I get an error which says: Error: PokerStars: std::bad_alloc(Line #63) The number behind Line changes.
When I stop the auto-import the programm freezes and I have to close it.
The HUD freezes at some point...
etc etc etc
This wouldn't all be so bad, if the support would have the same quality as PT3's. They sent me back an email few hours later. With PT4 now I have to wait days for an answer.
It just sucks and I'm really disappointed.
Does someone experience the same problems?

I can see that you have logs in your tickets and your tickets are in the right place. We are going to look into it and work on your issue until we can figure out what is going wrong and get it fixed.

Edit to add: I also talked to a developer about this issue for you and he said it would be helpful if you could attach these four hand history files to one of your tickets - the problem may be with one of them:

but this Error: PokerStars: std::bad_alloc(Line #63) error happens all the time. Not only with these 4 sngs...

Please attach them to the ticket anyway that will help us narrow things down. We are going to continue to work on your issue until we know what's going on and can get it fixed.
