Crashing when importing HH from PT3

Just that in using the set-up assistant in importing the HH from PT3 it is crashing. Possibly at the same point at 29K hands of 299K either cash or tournament I dunno...

There are a few known crashes in that area at the moment that we are working to fix for our next release which I hope will be available within the next couple of days. You can either wait to see if that helps, or you can export your hands from PT3 manually via Database --> Database Management -> Export in PT3 then import via Get Hands From Disk in PT4. The crashing issues should not affect that kind of importing only the conversion import.

Could I import them a different way eg dragging the contents of Processed folder to a folder in desktop and then importing them from there? Just that there doesn't seem to be a select all function for the tournament hands in PT3 in the export process and so requires to individually select each tournament hand.

Just while Im here though...exporting or importing the HUDs from PT3?

To export all tournament hands go to the Advanced tab in PT3 and pick Tournaments and don't change any of the settings and click Export and it will export everything.

Though if you have the original Processed folder you can just point PT4's Get Hands From Disk at it directly and don't need to export anything at all.

You can export your HUD from PT3 but in 4.07 and 4.07.1 there is a known bug preventing import; I expect that will likely be fixed in our next release which I hope will be available in the next day or two.
