Problem PT4 with French rooms??

Hello,
I play on pokerstars.com and pokerstars.fr and winamax.fr
Everything is allright on ps.com
On ps.com and wina.fr, the hands are imported correctly, the only problem is that the HUD doesnt work at all.
There is nothing on my tables !

Thanks for help, im going back to PT3 waiting for a solution.

There's a known issue with non-English systems on Euro tables in PT4: Mac. We are working on a fix but in the meantime you can downgrade to 4.07 and the HUD should work. You can find 4.07 here.

Same problem here with the Italian version: Pokerstars.it.

It "doesn't appear to be installed", and when I'm trying to click "Get hands while playing" PT4 freezes and I have to force quit.

Thanks for last update to 4.07.2 that fixed the HUD right click problem!

The "doesn't seem to be installed" message can be ignored once you have configured the hand history folder - that just means it wasn't detected automatically.

However, I'm a little confused by the rest of your message.
If the Hud is working then PT4 can't be freezing when you click Get Hands While Playing because that is necessary for the Hud to work.
If that's not what you mean, and PT4 is freezing when you start importing please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can find out what is going on.

No. I've managed to create a customed HUD (I couldn't before latest update) but I couldn't see it at the tables because Poker Traker freezes when I'm clicking "Get hands while playing" to start HUD and auto-importing; I gotta force quit then.

To configure HH importing I did this:
- go to "Import Configuration"
- under "Directories Configuration" tab I've put the path to my HH directory (P.S. Under Directories Configuration is written that Pokerstars doesn't appear to be installed).

How can I solve this?
