Hands not being erased after moving to processed.

I'm pretty sure I have everything set up correctly because my hands show up in the PT4 processed folder, but they aren't being erased from the Carbon Poker history folder. This causes a problem when I try to import hands as I'm playing because I get the popup that there is an excessive amount of hands and I should run a manual import. And because of that popup about the hands, I always get the spinning wheel when I first start the auto import and 50% of the time it'll crash. Is there something else I need to do to erase these hands so they aren't being re-imported every time? As I type this, the auto importer is saying there is 2100+ errors and 2000+ duplicates.

***After looking into it more, it seems like the hand histories are erased after 24 hours or so because the only days with hands in the carbon poker folders are today and yesterday. Even so, those two days are creating a backup that makes the auto importer very unstable.

Due to the way Mac OSX works we don't move any hand history files unless the last time they were updated is over 5 minutes ago, so it works best to leave the import running for 5 minutes after you stop playing (when possible).

To clear the files which are there now use Tools > Setup Assistant to run through the setup for Merge.

However, if you get that many errors it would be useful for us to see the files because there should not be many errors for Merge hands. Please compress the files which give the errors (or some of them) and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can find out what the problem is.
