The development team are aware of the issue but I don't have a timescale for an update yet.

In the meantime please try disabling display of the achievement badges in PokerStars and see if that fixes it?

This player KorTopPlayer have the vip turn on but the stats still show.
So I think it has nothing to do with the vip display thing.

I'm not sure it's related to that either, but we've had a few reports of that behaviour so I wanted to check what everyone else is seeing.

What's causing the problem is not the VIP stars but these new lifetime achievement flags:



When the bug originally started happening vs a few specific players, Pokerstars hadn't implemented this new feature properly yet and the lifetime achievement markers didn't exist. Then the next day after this bug started happening, Pokerstars released an update and all the problem players had these new lifetime achievement things.

If I turn the display of VIP stars off, it makes no difference. However, if one of these player turns their own stars off (which also causes the achievement flag to disappear) then the bug stops happening with this player.

That's my current theory anyway, might be wrong

I just discovered that if you disable all VIP status display options and restart PT4 and Pokerstars, it gets rid of the bug.
