We are aware of and are working on a solution.

My apologies for the miscommunication about the workaround - I thought I saw it in several places (as I read all of our forums as well as a few other places) and I thought it was confirmed.

I'd just like to double post to add this particular bit of information.

We did a bit of digging and so far there have been a total of four (4) tickets on this issue from all of our user base.

We need tickets with logs in order to diagnose and fix problems like this and the more data we get the easier it is for us. So for any of you who do not have a ticket already created with logs, please, please create one. It will make a significant difference in getting this fixed for you.

I don't know why people don't post logs, because just complaining on the forum obviously won't help. I already sent logs yesterday and today. Kraada what about a more long term solution, I mean could PS help with this or something because it seems everytime they update something it screws with zoom hud and it started like 6-8 weeks ago so probably the issue is something they changed more recently then not.

Thanks Inv1ctus - we really do appreciate it. Without users like yourself it would be very hard for us to get anywhere sometimes. We've been trying to work with Stars to keep this kind of thing from happening but they are a lot bigger company than we are and software development takes a lot more time for them than it does for us (for obvious reasons).

I assure you, we want this series of problems over as much if not more than any of you.

Sent a ticket.

The hud works without actually showing the stats. The little tab up top that has lock lout, lock and save laout etc. is there but the stats are not appearing.

This now really affects my game and everything about it, and whast worse it lasts for several days and no improvment.I am also very unhapy whit ptr4

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
