Oh c'mon are u able to do it working well or not??
I really used to love PT4 but now its the most frustrating soft when you play zoom.
Please let me know if u can fix it or shoul we change soft.
I mean be honest with us. Its for month and getting worse everytime.

The same old problem is back. v4.07.3 worked fine for couple of days, now the problem with stats all over the tables is back. I've already send log files with some hands when the problem occured and also a screenshot.

PokerStars appears to be changing the Zoom software somewhat regularly. I assure you we are not happy with this either and we are looking into it.

Edit for clarity: This does not seem to be a general issue. We are looking into Inv1ctus's ticket - if anybody else is experiencing this, please send us more logs and include your hand histories in the log file as well.

I do not get any HUD displayed at all while playing zoom. Looks like i am not alone. Trusting you guys to soon find an solution

We cannot yet reproduce any problems with 4.07.3 - if you are having problems, please make sure you are starting things in the exact order listed here. If that does not help, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. We'll also need the hand history file and if you could get a screenshot of the table as well that would be a big help.

Maybe a stupid question, but will the stats from zoom games be valuable, all the time we mostly fold and move on to the next hand without knowing how the hand ends or what the other people do in the hand? Since we meet random people in each hand we will have limited hands from each player as well, unless we play a lot.

Any thoughts on this issue?

They're as useful as any other stats. Just because you don't have a particular dynamic with a specific player doesn't mean you can't learn about what he does. Something like Raise First In is going to be just as relevant - if his RFI on the button percentage is 6 well you know he's never stealing . . . especially since your assumption is that he won't be changing his play based on your own numbers.

So if its my problem why did it work from friday till sunday? I didn't install anything new. What do you suggest I do? Reinstall PT4 maybe and try following the steps again? Or do you have any other suggestions? Tnx.

Despite leaving the table early most of the time in zoom games, the entire hand history still gets saved to your drive once the hand is over (including all actions taken by all players after you could no longer see the table).
