Trouble with registration

no worries... i rebooted and tried again and it worked... guess i should of tried that first

Quick question. I'm having a problem with getting my registration code. I purchased PT3 about 30 minutes ago with my credit card, but I was never given any sort of a registration code to use the commercial release instead of the trial version. I wasn't registered with the site here until after the purchase, so maybe that has something to do with it? I gave my email address, but I wasn't never given any code there except for a receipt number from paypal.

Am I doing something wrong?

We've been hit hard with all the new downloads and emails today, so our server is a bit backed up. If you don't receive your code in a couple hours, create a support ticket (you'll get a faster response that way).

I'm a complete idiot with computers, so I don't even know what a support ticket is. If it comes to that, I'll have to ask for more help.

Well, I still don't have my registration code and I haven't heard back from anyone in regards to my support ticket that I filled out this morning. I saw another thread where I was supposed to PM one of the admins for the code, and no response there either. I also sent a completely separate email to the support staff and again, nothing.

I'm trying hard to stay positive but can somebody please help me get this code?!? I purchased this nearly 24 hours ago and still I have no access.

Also, I can't even get into the trial version anymore (I just installed build 2).
