So if its my problem why did it work from friday till sunday? I didn't install anything new. What do you suggest I do? Reinstall PT4 maybe and try following the steps again? Or do you have any other suggestions? Tnx.

Your logs do indicate a problem and now that we have your hand histories as well (thanks) we'll be able to pass this on to the development team to be fixed.

Maybe a stupid question, but will the stats from zoom games be valuable, all the time we mostly fold and move on to the next hand without knowing how the hand ends or what the other people do in the hand? Since we meet random people in each hand we will have limited hands from each player as well, unless we play a lot.

Any thoughts on this issue?

Despite leaving the table early most of the time in zoom games, the entire hand history still gets saved to your drive once the hand is over (including all actions taken by all players after you could no longer see the table).

The one proviso to this is that at the end of your session you should leave the table window open and the import running for a couple of minutes after you sit out so that any hands you fast-folded complete before you close the table, otherwise their histories won't be written.

I dont know how to take log but i have issues again, he put wrong stats to vilan on zoom.

This is unacceptable service . This issue has been going on for at least 1.5 week and for several days it wasnt even acknowledged. We are not your beta testers but your paying customers and it is not our priviledge but rather our right that the software that we payed for is working.Whatever it is that needs to be fixed , should get fixed and if pokerstars does change software too fast for you to keep up on working updates, then you should help us find a way of locating a working ps patch and using that instead( i already asked for that but was ignored in a previous post)

We are working as best we can to fix these issues as soon as they are reported to us. PokerStars has not been telling us about these changes and as such there was nothing we could to do prepare for them. As soon as we have a patch ready that fixes the problem, we will release it. We do not keep on hand various versions of the PokerStars software to give to anybody and even if we did it's entirely possible that it would not work due to the things they changed on their servers that are causing these problems in the first place.
