youre writing there is nothing you can do that the problem come again and again, but the other big tracker on the market dont have this problems with zoom.

so i thing there is more you can do to fix that problems longterm. pls do it, i dont wont to switch the software. i like PT4. ;)

edit: to say it takes so long because the users does not create tickets is not correct. its not the quest of the users to get the software working correct.
you can play 20 minutes zoom and log by yourself and you will get a ton of informations, faster and more productive than all the tickets together.

These issues are caused by changes made to the data generated by PokerStars, over which we have no control.
As much as we would love to be able to play poker solidly every day so that we can pick up every issue before it affects our uses, it just isn't possible for us to play 24 hours a day at every supported site and table type like thousands of you do between you. As soon as an issue is brought to our attention we look into it and test ourselves, but things like this Zoom data error are not fully consistent and the more examples of errors we get (in addition to those that we generate ourselves) the more completely we can address the issue.

We really appreciate everyone's help - thanks to everyone who posted ticket numbers here. You should get replies soon.

What's the best way to find hand history files to send to you?

I've just quickly done 12 hands with a log file but I can't seem to export just 12 hands with database -> export hands, and I'm still trying to find them in file -> Open user data folder -> Processed.

Hi Kraada, thanks for your reply.

I meant I can't find the hand history file for just those 12 hands. Where should I be looking for this?

PokerTracker4->Configure->Sites&Import Options->Preferences->Move processed Files To:
In win8 path C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

We are actively working on fixing this issue. As soon as we have a fix, we'll release it. I assure you, we want this fix out as much as you all do.
