If they so often change client, there may be another way to get the data. I know of at HM2 no problem with it.

I don't know the technical details I'm afraid. I know it's being worked on and an alternate solution would take a whole lot longer.

Since we meet random people in each hand we will have limited hands from each player as well, unless we play a lot.

Any thoughts on this issue?

Despite leaving the table early most of the time in zoom games, the entire hand history still gets saved to your drive once the hand is over (including all actions taken by all players after you could no longer see the table).

The one proviso to this is that at the end of your session you should leave the table window open and the import running for a couple of minutes after you sit out so that any hands you fast-folded complete before you close the table, otherwise their histories won't be written.

If i don't want to play deep - I sit out when deep, close 1 table while 3 other are playing and reopen 1 more again. Do i need to wait before closing every table or just 1 opened is enough to save all hands?

AlexanderR: I'm not sure but I'll try to find out for you.

vboedenfeld: Did you update to the version we just released a few minutes ago (4.07.4)? If so please try restarting your computer, re-running the installer first thing and then opening everything in the order exactly proscribed here. If things still aren't working for you, we need your logs, screenshots and hand history files in order to figure out what is different about your system from the others that submitted data to us. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the files in question. You can find the log file file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Then just add in a screenshot and the hand history file and that should be all we need.

If you're not running 4.07.4, please shut down PokerStars and PT4 and install it, and then start things up as listed above and they should start working for you.

Any hands started at a table which haven't been completed when you close that table will not be written by PokerStars, so you will need to leave each table open for a couple of minutes after you stop playing there.

How can I get the HUD to show from the beginning. Now it takes some random amount of time before it shows up. There is no reason to start palying before the HUD is ready. No reason to play while waiting. Its just random. Sometimes it shows when I stop the import.
