importing hand history

can someone tell me how to import hands on automatically on PT4 , i had it on my laptop but switched to MAC and forgot how to do it

Go to the Play Poker page and click Get Hands While Playing.

Please make sure your site is configured properly then as explained in our Configuration Guides - that and then clicking that button should be all you need to do.

i have done that still not working, maybe because i only play zoom but i have tried manually importing

The Hud doesn't work at Zoom tables on Mac due to Apple's security policy, but the hands should still import.
Are the hand histories being written as you play, and to the same folder that PT4 is configured to read from?

i havent had pokertracker open when ive been playing recently but i want to import the hands but its not importing any

Go to the Play Poker page and click Get Hands While Playing and change to the View Import Status page. Does it say that it found any hand history files?

yes it says its importing hands but after 10-15mins it stops but just stays like that then when i try to close 1 hour later still says hands are importing

Same here. I paused my 4 tables and then when I came back, I resumed the games and the import wasn't anymore working.

I closed PT4 and relaunched it and it still won't import my hands...

And when I click on "stop auto import", it seems that the import never stops because I can't close PT4
