How do I get the PT3 -PT4 discount?

HI,

I have registered my PT3 code to this account. When I get to the purchase confirmation page after clicking any PT4 purchase option, the price does not decrease. e.g It stays at $99.99.

Isn't it supposed to be automatic ?

It is and a quick look at your account history shows you should be getting it for Holdem - please create a support ticket and we'll make sure the person in charge of billing takes a look at it and this all gets sorted out for you.
