Problem with HUD and pokerstars

PT4 HUD does not update itself after evry hand. Like if i play 4-5 hands then it imports all of them together. Also on a new table usually it takes 4-5 hands when HUD appears.

On party, 888 and ipoker evrything is fine (updates itself after evry hand and HUD comes after first hand).

i play HU.

Are you using custom statistics or built in ones?

Custom statistics update with the frequency set in the Hud -> Edit Hud Options -> Refresh Rates area. If you want them to update every hand set a range of something like 0 to 100000 to refresh every 1.

at the moment that refresh rates area is empty. do i have to add this 1 to 100000 ?

You'll want to start it with 0 but yes just add that and you should be good.

In that case please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. It will tell us exactly when the updated queries are requested and how long they took and that will help us figure out what's the appropriate next step.

I cant see any file calles pokertracker 4 txt file (file - open user data folder) when i opened my PT4. do i have to play some hands to get that txt file ?

No, once you start PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu it should be created. You do need to start PT4 in that way though.
