hud zoom pokerstars bug

I've been told the server restart from PokerStars this morning fixed the issue on their end and things should be working properly now.

Hud is STILL dysfunctional. Now hero stats do not seem to update for the session or appear at all . Even after restarting the computer , the problem persists.Also the tab "view today's hands" does not update the number of hands while playing like it used to, but only after "stop getting hands" button and then "get hands while playing" button is pressed. Obviously this is a hassle for someone who wants to play a specific amount of hands daily and wants to keep track for the amount of hands he has played so far.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Hello I have also the problem that sometimes the hud is not shown for every player at the table in zoom. It occured since the last *edit*: Pokerstars-update. I think it was 2 days ago.

The following error occurs very often in the log:

That could explain why it shows the hud for some players and for some it doesnt. Mostly 1-3 Players are without stats, like it breaks up at a certain spot scanning.

You are running an out of date version of PT4. Please update to 4.07.4 and that will likely fix your problems for you.

Still a problem. HUD takes ten minutes to start and after that it freezes few times for some hundred of hands and gets positions wrong.
