TableTracker Search issue - Pokerstars

I'm having a weird issue with TableTracker that only began last night. Now I haven't played in over a week but it had worked fined up until last night. When searching for a table it will only show tables with 1/6 players. I checked my settings and it is set to MIN- 1, Max 6, Built in Scoring, .05NL. I don't see why any of these settings would interfere, and they haven't been changed since it was last working properly. I have tried to update PT4 and it has not solved the problem. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm seeing the same thing - I suspect that PokerStars have changed something on their servers which means that TableTracker isn't getting all the data it expects. I will make sure that the TableTracker development team are aware of this - thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Similar Problem I have - since latest update I get the error message "no tables met your criteria".

It sounds like it may be a global issue. If you create a support ticket for this issue we'll make sure you get notified when it is fixed and we can extend your TT subscription for the duration of the downtime.

Ok thank you for the replies, and the extension. On another note, is there an a algorithm posted anywhere of the weighted stats used for TT?

The score is a proprietary algorithm, I'm afraid.

The PokerStars feed for TableTracker was fixed today.

Please create a support ticket and reference this thread to obtain a free extension due to the down time.
