my hands are gone after reboot of computer

I reobooted my comptuer..then reloaded pt3 and all my hands are not there anymore for my player name on lock poker.
I"m saying had 20k hands recorded now have like 700.. like hands disappareard.

need to do manual import of hands ?

what happ.. only has like 600 hdns. had 20k hands before

also fold to cbet river is when u c bet flop and turn too of course right..

God i wish u guys could just hire some techs!! to do teamviewer for us for 15 an houur or something

how much to upgrade to pt4..
have link to page showing benefits of pt4 over pt3?

Please check that you don't have a filter enabled - click 'Clear'.
Also check that you have selected the correct name in the Player List.
