Hi there, I purchased PT4 after using the trial version for a day and I have played about 300-400 hands with it for the couple days I used it. I used to use the trial version of PT3 and all of my hands were updated with PT4. My problem is that the HUD is not showing at all after playing a couple of hands during the session and comes up with an error message of: Unable to launch auto-import for site: "Full Tilt. Reason: FullTilt auto-importer needs to be configured"
i'm uncertain as to why this error is occuring especially after I've played for a couple of days and it has been storing hands perfectly.
If I have to reconfigure, will I lose all my data that I have accumulated within the past couple of days?
