Unable to connect with Pokerrooms

I have a problem. I get no connection with my Pokerrooms (PS, FTP) when I start the Auto-Import. The programm ask me to configurate the room-settings!?

Or is the problem that I have the German Version and not the English? Should I configurate anything directly in the room-software?

You must configure your poker software to write hand histories to file. e.g. Pokerstars: Options -> Instant Hand History Options.
Make sure you choose English as the language.
