Notetracker : cannot add definition

I see, for example in the Autonotes setup menu

Preflop 053 - 5bet+ Preflop range.

I click it and i can see the details. I click ACTIVE. Yet it doesn't make it active in the list above. I OK it, but it's still not ticked.

How do I add these notetracker definitions???

Exactly what filters are you using in this note definition? Sometimes that can happen if there are errors in specific filters.

It's ok, figured it out. I need to click SAVE after I make the note active.
