New FTP update, HUD not working

Hello

I'm new to PT4 so maybe there is a thread somewhere on this already, but it seems like PT4 can't import the hh's after this mornings FTP software update. This is the error I am getting:

"Warning: Full Tilt: Unrecognized game type: 10/20"

Any idea when this will be fixed and where do I go to download the software update?

I'm also having problems with FullTilt handhistory. I just bought PT4 and was configuering my PT4 so i could see the HUD on Rush tables.

At some point i closed the FullTilt client and when i opened there was the update. Since then it does not import any hands anymore.

I first thought this has to do with the changes i made. But now i see you're post and i guess the update was the problem...

I'm sure there is a way to basically "roll back" the FTP software update so we can basically use the version from yesterday before the update, but I have no idea how to do that.

As I said in the other thread for this issue - we're aware of it, we're working on it and I sincerely hope we have a release soon to address this issue. We found out about this a little over an hour ago - they changed their hand history in a way that breaks our import. And we're going to get it fixed ASAP.

We can confirm that 4.07.5 as released has a bug that imports NL hands as limit. We have pulled it from the download page pending a fix and re-release which we hope to have out later tonight. You should be able to adjust the stakes for any affected sessions via the Database -> Adjust Stakes window and that should fix things. Reverting to 4.07.4 is safe, but it appears that version of 4.07.5 will not work right now.
