4.07.6 full tilt hud not working

i just updated pokertracker to version 4.07.6 and the hud doesn't work for full tilt.
acording to the import status, hands are being imported but my hud doesn't appear on the full tilt tables.
please help

If you're playing Rush you need to uncheck the "Stats from Current Bet Type" box on the Hud -> Edit Hud Options page - there's a known issue with that setting that I hope we will have another patch out to resolve soon.

i am not playing rush. i am playing a multi entry tournament.

No rush. MTT tournament. Its multi entry if that matters. I also have a friend playing on a mac with the same issue. Same tournament.

Just to check i started a NL 100 6max (no rush) NLH game. HUD works there.

There are a couple of tournament issues that we're working on with super turbos, but I haven't heard anything about METs - if you could restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Attach the hand history also and it will be a huge help to us figuring out what's going on here for you.

FWIW I just upgraded to PT4 from PT3 and fired off some tournaments to see if everything worked properly. In PS everything worked fine, but in FT i opened 2 single-table SnG's (same stake) only 1 was Turbo and the other wasn't. My HUD appeared immediately in the regular one and it NEVER came up in the Turbo. Ended up looking like this --> http://www.flickr.com/photos/72519126@N04/8723730097/ . Hope this helps.

ok...so i found 2 text files...pokertracker4 and pokertrackerhud4. which one do you want? and what hand history do you need?

It was update of FTP today. HUD is not working after it (any MTT). Version 4.07.6
