Are you looking at cash or tournament reports?
Exactly which report are you looking at?
Have you added any stats to the report?

I play cash, I'm just trying to get up session stats. I've gone View stats, results, basic, by session and I have my db filtered from Nov12 onwards which has around 350k hands.

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4 then view that report. Open a Support Ticket and attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) so that we can see what is going on.

I've enabled logging and restarted PT4 viewing the same report and there are no log files showing?

As explained in the guide, if you have file extensions turned off in Windows (as you do) the file will appear as a text document called "PokerTracker4" - that's the file we need.

If you have a soluton please tell me.
HM takes 5 sec PT4 is taking 10min.

Importing speeds: HM 80h/s PT4 40h/s

PT4 computer: i7 8gb ram win 8 64bit
HM Computer: core2 duo 4gb ram win 7 32bits

this works only with 9.0, not with 8. or 9.1
1. open pgadmin(windows startmenu, postgres)
2. find your db
3. click the sql icon on the icon bar
4. paste this in new window

CREATE INDEX "thps:id8"
ON tourney_hand_player_statistics
USING btree
(id_tourney, id_player);

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX idx2
ON player
USING btree
(player_name_search, id_site);
5. click green "go" icon

problem solved

Import speeds are not comparable with HM as the trackers have different philosophies - see this post for some of the differences.
