4.07.6 full tilt hud not working

There are a couple of tournament issues that we're working on with super turbos, but I haven't heard anything about METs - if you could restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Attach the hand history also and it will be a huge help to us figuring out what's going on here for you.

ok...so i found 2 text files...pokertracker4 and pokertrackerhud4. which one do you want? and what hand history do you need?

Attach both of those files along with the hand history file(s) from the tournament(s) you played during that logged run of PT4. If you have a screenshot of the tournament table window too that would really help.

no HUD on any Full Tilt for me either with new update, standard multi table tournaments...

I still have no hud (and when I do it is one player on one table/4 and the same stat for the original player stays) on rush, and I have unchecked the box you told me to in HUD options???

I also have no HUD on FT. Strangely, it works when i play the 650FPP Satelite, which is a 9man-SNG. On Stars, the HUD works fine.

Please all of you make sure you are running PokerTracker as Administrator via right click -> Run as Administrator. If that doesn't help, please send us a support ticket as directed by WhiteRider above and we'll investigate further for you.

Having the same problem. playing 5 multi-entry tournament tables (tables 1-5) however when I open table 6 (as an observer) the hud for table 1 appears on that. I opened another table as an observer and the hud for table 2 appears on that. Very strange indeed

We are actively working on it. I don't know yet when we are going to push out a new release, but I sincerely hope it is not that long.
