4.07.6 full tilt hud not working

so..full tilt released another update today..any chance the hud might work now? or do we have to wait for the pokertracker update?

Just chiming in to say that the HUD isn't working for regular MTTs either. Nor is it working for Rush cash games.

I'm having the same issue. It's recording the hands, but no HUD capabilities for MTTs or ring games. I miss my HUD.

Before this upgrade, occasionally, the HUD would quit for me after FT would move me from one table to another, after too many times. I'd have to close PT and close out of FT entirely, reopen everything before the HUD would come back. Just an FYI.

We're working on the fix for tournament tables - there are now some differences between the way the tables are named in the hand history and the table windows which makes it harder to match them up.

For Rush tables if you disable the 'stats from current bet type only' option in Hud > Edit Hud Options then the Hud should work there.

If you're having problems with normal cash tables in v4.07.6 then please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can investigate - that is generally working.

HUD works but PT4 does not import

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Then please send us a hand history file for that tournament and, if possible, a screenshot of the table via the above link and we'll investigate further for you.
