That puts a player on your buddy list for TableTracker.

In PokerTracker+ -> TableTracker you can find it by clicking Buddies on the right hand side.

I was looking for it for hours, and came here to post asking about that icon.

I had read all the tutorials, and even watched the note tracker video. Nothing.

Come on, a tooltip on that button wouldn't be too hard, right?
