It looks as if you have two identical names imported for the same site. I'm not sure how that happened, but I suspect that the easiest solution will be to create a new database and reimport your hands. Any more detailed investigations will need to be done via your ticket.

You can export your notes from your current database and import them to your new one via the menu Database > Notes.

Are these manually entered notes or NoteTracker notes?
Assuming they're manual notes, can you explain exactly what you did? If you exported your notes from your old database, created a new database, imported your hands and then reimported your notes file you should see your manual notes.
At the moment I'm not sure what you've done and what the situation is, so it's a little hard to give further advise. I'm sure your ticket will get a response soon but we currently have a very high volume of support requests and we're a little short-handed this weekend.

NoteTracker notes as in the automatic pokertracker notes.
