Problem manually importing hands

I have a problem importing hands from my old PT2 database. Because I used access before I am unable to transform the database directly so I decided to use the export to file option in PT2 to export my (over 306,000) to files (utilies > export hands to file). This went okay, but when importing to PT3 the files are not recognised as valid hand histories. All files get readed but 0 hands get imported. What can cause this problem?

Almost all hand histories are from everestpoker, a few are from party but none get imported. Some of the everesthands (not all) got modified using the converteverest.py script.

PT3 currently only supports PokerStars, PartyGaming and Full Tilt. Other sites will be added later.
