HUD doesnt show in BCP

This is probably a simple fix, but all my hands seem to be importing but no hud shows on any of my tables. Any tips to fix this?

What version of PT3 are you using?
If it isn't v3.14.5 please update - PT3 Download Page.

If you have problems in the latest version please tell us what type of tables you're playing, and what stake?
Their SNG tournament tables are not named uniquely so the Hud may not work correctly there. (PT4 was updated recently to allow this.)

I am using the latest version of pt3 an playing 25nl cash game tables.

I posted a screenshot of what is going on. The pt3 symbol only shows on one of my tables and have played atleast one orbit.

Please restart PT3 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3 directory - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that is in that folder.
