How to import datas from HM2 to PT4

Yes possible in "double or nothing" if you are happy enough to get all the chips 1 every 3 tourneys but pretty rare anyway and impossible here. Here it's filter on €4.71 (+ €0.29) the amount of fifty50 on .fr (even though it doesn't detect it like fifty50). The number of chips you get at the end tells you how much you win (€4.71 + €0.15 per 100 chips). But I'll wait for my ticket.

I found something wrong who can explain it : some tournament summaries are wrong because of missing conclusions in the hand reports.

The 3rd file for example shows (the 2 first files are good though) :

You should still have the original hand history and summary files in a folder like C:\HM Archive.
You can import those to PT4 instead of converting your HM database and then the information being imported should be accurate. If the type is wrong in HM and that is what we're getting in the summaries then it will be wrong in PT4 too. If you import the original hand histories and summaries to a new database (Database > Database Management) it should be correct.

Maybe I should ask Pokerstars to send me the original files.
If it happens a lot that there's no summary at the end of the tournament fifty50 maybe your developers should calculate the winnings themself?

We do the best we can with the information we have - as you can see from the hand you posted, nowhere does it tell us it's a fifty50. If PokerStars sends you the originals those should import properly.

You can request tournament summaries via the PokerStars lobby "Requests" menu. If you import the summary as well as the hands we'll be able to import the results and detect the type.
