user doesnt exist after trying to re-index

Hi

I was having the same problem as in this thread http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/114/p ... or-439239/

and I did step 1 of WhiteRider's advice but I couldnt remember password (nor was it any of the generics) so I did the change in the config file as per your FAQ but then I get that error.

You can Reindex directly within PT3 now - go to Database > Housekeeping and enable the Cluster, Rebuild Cache and Reindex options along with the defaults.
