rack back graph

Hi there. Im trying to create a rack back graph. So far I have found the warehouse and downloaded the rack back stat I need. Do I need to open the ddl file for the stat to work. When I try to import the stat it does not show up. I think this is because it need to be opened?

Do you mean that you haven't been able to import the stat?
You do this via Configure > Statistics. Go to the Statistics section and click Import (or in PT4 Options > Import).

Once you've imported the stat it should be available to add to reports, graphs or the Hud, depending on which section it is in - is the stat you imported for the correct game type (cash or tournament, and if you use PT3: holdem or omaha) that you play?

Are you using PT3 or PT4?

Sorry. Poker Tracker4. When I click on options>import I cannot see the file were I saved it. I tried once saving it to my desktop and then tried again saving it to my hard drive. It not showing up om the directory list where I need to chooes from.

Was it a PT3 stat you downloaded? Then you'd need to change the type drop down to PT3 Stat - though depending on exactly which one you grabbed, it may not work quite right. You can tell the PT3 stats from the PT4 stats in our Warehouse based on the icon displayed and you can filter for just PT4 stats there also (and there are several Rakeback options in the PT4 uploaded list).

I downloaded a pokertrack 4 rackback stat. Its still not showing up. I see it on my desktop but when I go to import it it does not show up on the list of all the other stuff on my desktop. Does my computer need to be able to open this up or something? I am running pokertrack in fusion vm.

How are you trying to import the stat? To import it you should be clicking File -> Import Statistic. If it's a valid .pt4stat file it will show up in the list.

ok I got the stat imported. I have had $12.00 of rack taken off but he grapgh shows $0
I am using the 57.pctrbwcstat found in the warehouse. I am using the rack back only not the rackback plus winings
Any idea what could cause this.

Did you remember to tick the Sum Results box when you added the stat to the graph? If you don't it shows the number per hand which would be very small.
