Table tracker no abre las mesas

Hola, hace poco el soft de Poker Stars se actualizo y desde ese momento no puedo abrir las mesas directamente desde table tracker.
Tengo instalada la ultima version de Poker Tracker. Como puedo solucionarlo?

This is the first that I've heard of a new problem with table opening. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. We'll look into the cause of this problem and get it fixed for you.

Thanks for your answer, I did exactly what you told me, is this happening to lot of users?

Hi, nothing yet from support. How long they usually takes to respond? Its my first time and I would like to know how to solve this problem or something. Silence is not good. Sorry for my english and thanks in advance

This has been reported to the developers and they are working on a fix. We will post here when a fix is available.

Support told me that it was fixed

Hello,

We pushed out an update last night which fixes the PokerStars table opening issue. Please restart PT4 (if you have not done so already since the update) and the files will be automatically downloaded at which point, PokerStars table opening will work again.

Did you restart PT4? The file should be downloaded and the fix should be applied automatically once you restart PT4.

of course, several times. Support told me that it was an "automatically downloaded file". is that correct?

I just dont get it, am I the only one with this problem? no soft upgrade available with this fix?
