postsql -error message in setup attempt..HELP

i ve read through a few of the problems and solutions offered throughout this forum-but im not seeing this one.when i get to the download and install option i get this error message-unable to write inside TEMP environment variable path...then postgre did not complete...sorry i m defintely not tech savy and this is eight hrs later just trying too install 1 program any help avaible...please...

Firstly, if you're just getting started with PokerTracker you should go directly to PT4 (this is the PT3 section).

Without seeing the exact error I'm not sure, but that suggests a lack of disk space or a problem with your Windows configuration (the TEMP folder). Do you have plenty of space on your C: drive?

Try installing PostgreSQL manually - guides here. v9.0 is our currently recommended version.

thank you for your quick reply.yep a newbie for sure...pt3/pt4..learning lots..i will try your suggestions and check the space available. do i need to move this post to pt4 or continue here.
