remove text from hud

how do i remove some text stuff i wrote in on my hud i thought i was just adding the stats and writing an explanation but now it is all over my screen.

how do i remove that in the hud for pt3.

To remove items from groups, double-click them in the list on the right of the Stats tab. To remove groups, select the group in the Groups tab and click the delete button.
