You have two databases with identical numbers of hands and identical numbers of players yet the hands are very different? Something does not sound right here.

Zoom databases can take longer to have their caches rebuilt because they often have many more players with 1 or 2 hands or some other small number, which is less common in regular games. For the same number of hands and the same number of players it should take roughly the same amount of time. That the hands are from speed poker or not is immaterial to the cache updating process.

me have one base with only ZOOM hands and have second base with hands only usually table (not zoom hands), yes this base have identical numbers of hands and identical numbers of players , but one base with zoom hands it is required in more time (*2.5, 50min vs 20min)for an update cache

I'm very surprised that you have the same number of players in a Zoom database with the same number of hands since at Zoom tables you change opponents in every hand. I guess that could happen if you're playing higher stakes with a small pool of Zoom players though?

Either way, once the cache exists it shouldn't take any longer to retrieve the data for a player if there are similar numbers of players and a similar sized database.

Yes - the original hand histories would be useful if you can attach them to your ticket. Thanks.
