How to move hud?

Hud is locked and can't move during play how do I change this?

Two options:
PT Icon -> Unlock -> Right Click & Drag then PT Icon -> Save & Lock Layout to remember the new locations and lock it again
or
ctrl+click and drag to move, then PT Icon -> Save Layout to remember the new locations.
PT Icon -> Unlock -> Right Click & Drag then PT Icon -> Save & Lock Layout to remember the new locations and lock it again
or
ctrl+click and drag to move, then PT Icon -> Save Layout to remember the new locations.
