I have imported my hands into a new database i PT3, but it register all of my hands?!? I have got 516 hands in my database, but according to pokerstars i have played 676 hands. How can this be? And is there any way to get my full handhistory into my PT3 database?

If you believe PT3 is missing hands from a hand history file, please attach the file to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.

I'm not sure what you mean? I have a txt file i requested from stars with the first 878, but i cannot pinpoint the hands that are missing. But i can see in my statistics from stars that i am missing about 150 hands in my PT3 database.

I have this same problem. I followed all of the instructions on the sticky and create my new database. It says 9,600 imported but only 5 hands are in the register now! I placed a ticket for it, Im just scared my hands are gone!

Update: created new database. Now 8600 or the 9600 are imported. only 1000 missing now.

I can take the minor fixes for such a great program. Great job guys. Let me know if you figure this out.

If PT3 didn't import all of the hands from the file, just attach the whole file to a ticket. There's no need for you to figure out which ones, that's my job. :)
