permissions on mac for pt4?

Hi, I can not install pt4 on Mac, I get a message that says:
poker tracker has detected a permissions issue which prevents it from running.
please use disk utility to repair your disk permissions and run pokertracker again. if that fails please contact support for additional troubleshooting assistance.

where I can fix this?

In Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility please run Verify Permissions then Repair Permissions and that should fix it.

Please create a support ticket and one of our technicians will assist you in getting things working properly again.

System Pref > Security & Privacy > General ( Click on padlock down the bottom, enter password) > Change it from app store and identified developers to anywhere > Shut padlock. Then open it up again and that should work.

That really shouldn't be necessary for PokerTracker - our app is properly signed.

I've already fix permissions on mac but PT4 still not working.

This isn't a general problem and none of this should be necessary for a normal install. Did you download the PokerTracker installer from the PT4 Download Page on this website?
What exactly happens when you try to run it?

Yes, I downloaded yesterday from this page and when I run the PT show me 3 screens about the problem, see in attachment.

Second Screen asking for permission to change something

Third Screen with error

Third Screen

I already fix the permission problems through termina command, but the problem persist.

What folder needs change the permission?
