Note syntax

Postby gfadel » Mon Aug 19, 2013 5:00 pm

Hello,

I'm trying to understand the Note Tracker, and tried to create some notes from the hand below:

PokerStars - $3+$0.30|125/250 Ante 30 NL - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG+1: 3,690 (VPIP: 12.61, PFR: 3.60, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 111)
UTG+2: 14,012 (VPIP: 15.79, PFR: 11.11, 3Bet Preflop: 14.29, Hands: 38)
MP: 3,022 (VPIP: 25.00, PFR: 3.33, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 60)
MP+1: 9,648 (VPIP: 14.62, PFR: 7.69, 3Bet Preflop: 5.00, Hands: 131)
CO: 3,590 (VPIP: 25.27, PFR: 9.89, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 92)
BTN: 5,210 (VPIP: 10.00, PFR: 2.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 50)
Hero (SB): 5,615
BB: 18,577 (VPIP: 17.86, PFR: 10.71, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 28)
UTG: 13,400 (VPIP: 29.17, PFR: 8.33, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 49)

9 players post ante of 30, Hero posts SB 125, BB posts BB 250

Pre Flop: (pot: 645) Hero has K:spade: A:diamond:

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to 500, fold, Hero calls 375, BB raises to 7,750, CO calls 3,060 and is all-in, Hero calls 5,085 and is all-in

Flop: (15,000, 3 players) J:heart: T:heart: A:heart:

Turn: (15,000, 3 players) A:club:

River: (15,000, 3 players) Q:club:

Hero shows K:spade: A:diamond: (Straight, Ace High) (Pre 32%, Flop 75%, Turn 81%)
BB shows 6:club: 6:spade: (Two Pair, Aces and Sixes) (Pre 45%, Flop 9%, Turn 5%)
CO shows A:spade: Q:spade: (Full House, Aces full of Queens) (Pre 23%, Flop 16%, Turn 14%)
CO wins 10,950
Hero wins 4,050

My first case didn't work well. I wanted: "Raised PF, not all-in, when eff stacks >15BB"

So I used:
1) Raised Preflop Any 2Bet
2) NOT Raised all-in
3) Effective Stacks Size Big Blinds Between 0 and 15

And I expected this to match the CO player. But it didn't. When the "not raised all-in" condition is removed, the note is generated for the CO.

What is not correct here?

Another question: when I use "Raised Preflop Any 2Bet" this means the first raiser? If someone limped before is this still valid or it would be considered 3bet instead of 2bet?

Thanks,

Gustavo

Other note: for BB; the following is generated (using standard NT notes)

1) Squeezed with {cardrange:66} -> correct
2) 3Bet Not All-In (Eff. Stacks: BB >= 30) with {cardrange:66} -> I guess not correct, since the eff stacks on this hand is around 14BB, from CO.
3) Raised or Called All-in Preflop (Eff. Stacks: BB >= 22) with {cardrange:66} -> also not correct, for the same reason above (2), and BB wasn't all-in

Is there any explanation for the notes generated for the BB?

And last:
Why nothing is generated for Hero, since he also called All-in Preflop?

Thanks,

Gustavo

There's a known issue with the raised all-in filter in our system to be fixed. I expect it to be fixed for our next release. Currently if you go all in at any point, the filter will match. You could set the bet size for the 2bet in the A & O -> Preflop -> Raise Sizing area though and that might work better for you in the meantime.

A 2Bet is the first raise - even if there's a limper. A 3Bet is the second raise.
