are there any statistics in NoteTracker vsHero?
if not, when it may appear ?

NoteTracker doesn't have "statistics", but you can define notes to include actions related to hero. For example set an "Opponent" filter and include the Hand Details > Player is Hero filter along with the filters which define what you want hero to have done in the hand.
